"Really Clean and Well-Kept Store"
I stopped in and the first thing I noticed was how clean everything looked. The store had a really neat, put-together feel, and the counters looked like they had been wiped down recently. I didn’t see any random messes, spills, or clutter anywhere, which always makes a place feel a lot more comfortable to shop in. It just seemed like the staff actually keeps up with the space and pays attention to the little things.

"Seasonal flavors are nice, but I had to do some checking first"
I like that Rita’s switches things up by season, so it doesn’t feel like you’re looking at the exact same menu every time. I did have to go on ritasice.com before heading over, which felt like a little extra effort just for a quick stop, but at least it was easy to see what was available. The fall flavors were actually there when I went, so that was a nice surprise. It’s a simple thing, but it definitely makes planning easier.

I’ve used the Rita’s app a few times now, and it’s been easy. My orders go through quickly, and my rewards have been showing up like they’re supposed to. I haven’t had any problems so far, so I feel like it’s a solid option when you just want to order fast.

I do like Rita’s and they usually have a decent mix of flavors, which makes it fun to try something different. Some of them are really good, but the location near me is hit or miss with what they actually have available. A lot of times the flavors I want aren’t there, and the choices feel kind of random. I’ve also noticed the staff can be a little careless with handling orders, like rushing through it or not being very neat, which is frustrating. It’s still fine if you just want a quick treat, but I wish the flavor variety and overall care were more consistent...

"Perfect hot day treat"
I got the mango gelati and it was so smooth, like really really smooth, and not overly sweet at all. The custard tasted fresh too, which made it even better. it totally hit the spot on a hot day.

"Am I the only one who likes Italian ice smoother?"
Am I the only one who remembers Italian ice being a little smoother? The flavor was fine, but the texture had some icy, chunky spots that kind of threw me off. It wasn’t bad at all, just not quite as good as I remembered.

"Quick pickup and really tasty Italian ice"
I ordered online while I was already out running a couple errands, and the pickup was ready faster than I expected. I barely had time to check my phone before it was good to go. The Italian ice tasted really good too, super refreshing and exactly what I was in the mood for.

"Such a fun little spot to stop by"
I really liked the vibe here, it just felt bright, clean, and happy without trying too hard. The staff were super easygoing too, and the whole place had that relaxed summer night feel. It’s a nice spot to hang for a bit with friends or bring the kids along. I’d definitely come back

"I didn’t think much of the free…"
I didn’t think much of the free treats at first, but wow, they add up faster than you’d expect. One minute it feels like a small bonus, and the next it’s basically a tiny treasure chest of snacks. It’s such a nice little perk and definitely makes the whole experience feel way more exciting than it probably should.

"Fair prices for a little treat"
I stopped by after work for something sweet, the prices didn’t feel too bad at all. It wasn’t nothing crazy expensive, and the portions were actually good. I don’t have no complaints, and I’d definitely go back when I’m craving something cheap and sweet.

"Friendly, friendly staff every time"
I’ve been to Rita’s a handful of times now, and the staff is always so nice. Even when the place is busy busy, they still smile, take their time, and don’t make you feel rushed at all. One girl even helped my kid pick a flavor and was super patient about the whole thing. It’s just an easy, easy stop when the people there are that friendly

The food tasted good, so I don’t want to be unfair, it was enjoyable overall. I just felt the serving size was a bit on the small side for what I expected. A slightly larger portion would make it feel like a better value.

I really appreciated how the staff took the time to check the allergen book for my kid and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. When you’re ordering with allergies, it can feel stressful, so having someone be patient and careful meant a lot. It made the whole experience feel much calmer.

"Really nice creamy custard"
I grabbed this custard kind of on a whim after lunch, mostly because I was already in the mood for something small and sweet, and it ended up being really good. It was super creamy, tasted fresh, and wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated because I don’t like desserts that feel too heavy.

"pretty good, but freshness can vary"
i’ve ordered from ritasice.com a few times now, and the freshness has been a little hit or miss for me. when it’s good, it’s really good, the ice tastes fresh and smooth, not old or freezer burned. but one of my orders was kind of watery and just didn’t taste as fresh as i was hoping. it definitely wasn’t bad, just not as consistent as i’d like. i’d still order again, but i really hope the quality stays fresh every time.
